In Arabic, the final Messenger’s ﷺ noble sandals/shoes are known as na’al (singular), and as na’layn (plural).
Many great Muslim theologians and scholars have narrated countless benefits for the one who is possession of an image or example of the sanctified sandal. Imam Yusuf an-Nabhani is probably the most famous of them all, and he wrote:
"“Whosoever holds the na’al to get the blessings will be protected from the rebels, from being overpowered by the enemies, and from the eye of jealousy. If a woman holds it in her right hand when her labour pains intensifies, her matter will be eased by the Will and Power of Allah. It is also a protection from the evil eye and magic. Whosoever carries it regularly will get acceptance by the general public. Whosoever invokes tawwasul (intercession) with its owner ﷺ, his needs will be met, his hardships removed, and his illness will be cured with the condition of strong belief in it”.Do you not see that the beloved is coming walking on the soil although there is no sign for it! This shoe has given us prestige because of its magnificence, whenever we submit to it we rise high, so put it on a high place, as it is definitely a crown in the shape of a shoe!
